“This has been a really good experience. It has helped me to identify weakness in certain areas. I have seen progress in strength through doing the exercises and have seen some benefits. About week 8 or so I was able to sit all day at my son's track meet without any significant pain after. Last week, a benefit, that I didn't have as a goal, was that I could shoot baskets with my son for 45 minutes without shoulder pain. This wouldn't have happened a year ago.
