Understand the Pattern Driving Your Hip Pain And What Needs to Happen Next.

Discover the movement, pelvic floor, and brain-body patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms so you know where to focus next.

The Hip Pain Clarity Assessment is a guided assessment experience built from the same evaluation process Dr. Jessica uses with women she works with around the world through the Healthy Hips Formula.

What This Is

Finally Understand What Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You

The Hip Pain Clarity Assessment is not another random exercise program.

It's a guided assessment experience designed to help you better understand:

  • Which movement, pelvic floor, and brain-body patterns may be contributing to your symptoms
  • The key area within YOUR body that deserves attention first
  • Why previous approaches may not have addressed the whole picture
  • Which next step is most appropriate based on what you discover

You can do this all in under 3 hours. All you need is some space to move around, a light band, and a mirror or your camera to watch your movements.

Plus, you can move through the assessments at whatever pace works for you, whether you want to complete it all at once or break it up over several days.

As you practice the recommendations provided in your Areas of Focus after completing the assessment, you can always go back and repeat the assessments to see how your body has changed as you retain lifetime access to the resources.

Instructor(s)

Jessica Warnecke

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Jessica Warnecke is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist who helps active women uncover what's really driving their recurring hip pain so they can get back to moving with confidence. Rather than focusing only on the painful area, Jessica takes a whole-body approach that considers how movement patterns, the feet, hips, core, pelvic floor, breathing, and the brain all work together to influence movement and recovery. Her work is shaped not only by years of clinical experience helping hundreds of women, but also by her own two-year journey with recurring hip pain. Despite advanced training, research, and countless hours searching for answers, lasting progress didn't happen until she learned how to connect the dots and follow the right progression. That experience led Jessica to develop the Healthy Hips Formula, the framework she and her team use to help women gain clarity, follow a proven progression, and stop guessing so they can return to lifting, running, workouts, and everyday life with greater confidence.

What You'll Discover

Identify restrictions, movement patterns, coordination, weakness or mobility that may be influencing your hip pain with our guided full body assessments.

  3. Brain-Body Coordination

Recognize protective patterns that may be keeping your symptoms going even when you've been doing all the "right" things.

What You'll Walk Away With

More Than Just Assessment Results

By the end of the Hip Pain Clarity Assessment, you'll have:

✔ A clearer understanding of what may be contributing to the cycle of your hip pain

✔ Personalized Areas of Focus based on your assessment results

✔ Suggested types of exercises and strategies to begin with based on your primary patterns

✔ A better understanding of why those areas deserve your attention first

✔ Greater confidence in deciding what to work on next

This Assessment Is a Great Fit If...

  • You're frustrated that your hip pain keeps happening, even though you've been doing all the "right" things.

  • You've tried physical therapy, strength training, stretching, injections, or other treatments but still feel like you're missing an important piece of the puzzle.

  • You want to better understand how your movement, pelvic floor, and brain-body coordination may be working together to influence your symptoms.

  • You're looking for greater clarity before deciding what to work on next or which type of support is right for you.

This assessment may not be the best fit if...

  • You're looking for a diagnosis or individualized medical advice. This assessment is designed to help you better understand your body, but it isn't a substitute for a medical evaluation or personalized clinical care.

  • You want a personalized treatment plan or exercise program. This assessment helps you identify your Areas of Focus. If you're looking for individualized guidance and a step-by-step plan, one of our coaching programs would be a better fit.

  • You're expecting this assessment alone to resolve your hip pain. The goal of this assessment is clarity. For many women, understanding what's driving their symptoms is the missing first step before deciding how to move forward.

Testimonials

Read what some of Dr. Jessica's clients have to say...

“I worked with Dr. Jessica for severe hip pain riding the bike and squatting as well as for leaking with my workouts. I love doing high intensity workouts and was feeling very frustrated having to adjust my workouts so much. Once pain started interrupting my daily life, I committed to the program Dr. Jessica created for me and was back to EVERY exercise I wanted to do not only symptom free but also with SO MUCH MORE CONFIDENCE! Highly recommend working with her as she not only practices what she preaches with her own fitness, but also continues to take courses and learn more about how to provide better therapy!”

J.S.

“Dr. Warnecke is amazing. She truly listens to your needs and your wants, makes PT enjoyable, and is intensely knowledgeable. Not only is she incredible as a physical therapist in her skill, application, and information, but she is also an incredible person at heart. There is not a single thing I have to complain about in my experience seeing Dr. Warnecke. If you do what she says, you WILL see results. She has helped me with persistent back pain in a way no other physical therapist has. As a pre-physical therapy student myself, I have seen and worked with many therapists and Dr. Warnecke is the best PT I've seen. She sees you as a whole person and takes factors like emotions and pain science into account. She is so receptive to feedback, timely with responses, and both professional and personable. I've said it before and I'll say it again- she is amazing!!”

Jenna R.

Leigh A.

“I have a clearer understanding of the process to improve my pelvic floor function and feel I have the tools now to do so. I feel I can continue to improve through stretching, breathing, and strengthening. Thank you!”

Kristi C.

“I found Jessica on Instagram after several months of trying several pelvic PT’s in my area after being diagnosed with a pelvic floor dysfunction. She is extremely informative, professional, and has an incredible knowledge and understanding of the human body and muscle function. Another important factor for me was to find a PT that understood my athleticism and my eagerness to return to what I was doing prior to pregnancy. Jessica is an athlete herself, and she not only helped me heal postpartum in ways that I thought would never be possible, but she helped me to reach my own personal goals of increasing overall strength and function as it pertains to my exercises within the gym and running. I have learned so much more about my body and how to care for it thanks to her. She really is amazing, and I will always reach out to her if I ever continue to have orthopedic issues and/or pain with exercise.”

For a few of the assessments, you’ll use a light resistance band, chair, and something supportive like a pillow, foam roller, or yoga block. We also recommend being near a mirror or using your phone camera to record yourself during certain movements. This can make it easier to observe what your body is doing as you work through the assessments.
